Yahoo Mindset

Yahoo is trying to pass off their new “mindset” search as machine learning. They seem to be attempting to seperate information providers from commercial sales. I won't be able to force myself to use the new search tools seeing as I completely stopped using Yahoo back in the day. I think it was around y2k. Either way, if this goes well in all it's simplicity I think it might wind up being useful for other things. I search google for information and froogle, tiger-direct, & ebay for commercial products. *shrug*. I can't seem to shake the connection being made here between spam(commercial) email & normal(informational) email.

Read about it, hate on it, whatever works. Atleast their not just jacking someone elses software like google did.
