And 10 Pristine Machines roll out.

Well, Even though tiger through me for a spin, my new best friends over at Elite Tech came through earlier this week with 10 very awesome computers. I just got done putting them all together & testing every last bit of them. They are now ready for the counties, each with their own handy dandy HP 1320 laser printer. These things are gorgeous. I need to take a picture when I go back to work monday before I take them down.

Since I am in charge of getting these Election Servers ready for the counties, and tiger direct screwed my deadline, I will be spending all of Tuesday & Wednesday delivering 8 of these things to counties across Iowa. Everything in pink below is where I have to go. (Click on it to see the larger version)

It’s going to be quite the two-day road trip. I don’t mind them though, all my expenses are paid, I have a vehicle furnished, and get to stay at my choice of hotels. I’m definitely not roughing it. I’m pretty sure I can accomplish it in a day n’ a half.
