Watching animals grow…
It’s cool noticing pets grow. Trix (the ferret) has started to terrorize things he couldn’t reach before. He is obviously much smarter and more familiar with the terrain then weeks prior. Trix’ training & education is even more so noticeable when you handle less trained ferrets which may bite or are generally annoying.
It’s cool even just noticing how velvet (the tarantula) inspects changes in her cage and how Avery (the Guinea Pig) has learned to be extremely squeaky when Zippy is invading the kitchen in order to get more treats. I’m listening to Zippy talk to Avery right now saying, “I’m hungry. Not you. You’ve had treats all day!”. lol.
We spend quite a bit of time with our animals. It’s awesome.
