Since I notice my sleeping pattern doesn’t know what a ‘norm’ is I started browsing google to find a list of things sleeping accomplishes for us. I thought this was funny.
According to one study, short sleepers (six hours or less per night) are well-organized, efficient, ambitious, decisive, and self-confident–in other words, totally obnoxious. This suggests the real function of sleep is to let the short sleepers get the jump on the rest of us. Next time your lids get heavy, therefore, think: the short sleepers are out there, smirking.

It’d be handy to be one of those chipper folks that hold their game together well on a couple hours a night. It’d be cool if we all switched to just taking quick naps when the situation we were in made it convenient. ^_^
I average 6 hours a night, 7 on days off - sometimes…well not often to be honest.
Bright eyed and bushy tailed, greeting each morning with a sm….
er…yes…I am obnoxious.

I have been sleeping about 4 hours a night for a looooong time. but yesterday I somehow managed dozing off and sleeping 16 hours. Crazyness. I’m still fending off the tail end of my cold though.

Nooo…
I’m getting less and less sleep at night, little by little. Interestingly enough my job at work is getting more and more responsibliities added to it.
Well, I guess I’m also getting more and more obnoxious… Heh heh
And I’m not sleepy at all!
