Paid in Full! I’m finally a property owner.
After recently inquiring about how much I had left to pay on my property outside of Windsor, MO, I found that I only owed about $300.. I am extremely excited about it. I am finally a property owner and it’s all thanks to Bob & Grandma getting me connected with Delmer not long after I got out of high school. Delmer set me up on payments to purchase a 5 acre lot off of 2 Highway from him. Thanks guys! Check out all the pictures of my little wooded lot.

This place rocks! Aside from the killer trees (with those huge catci like spikes) and the hedge apples, it’s quite a nice little place. It’s got a little valley where deer run around all the time. It’s even connected to water! I want to get a little flat boat and put it down there since the lake is stocked with tasty fish. The best part of course is it’s ALL MINE!
These pictures don’t do a very good job of showing the property. It’s got a big valley and is more rectangular shaped jetting straight back to overlook the lake. I’ll see what I can do about jumping in a plane with a friend and getting some aerial photos. They are a heck of a lot more useful when trying to show/describe a piece of property.

Dude your lot ROCKS!!!!!!! You must take me to your lot! We will even drag Gareth with us, and we can camp out there overnight

Yeah. bonfires are the only thing I really do out there as of yet. I have a little camper out there as well but since I haven’t stayed in it for a couple years it needs to be cleaned up a little bit. Chase the snakes out. hehe.
Now I need to get a small loan to put a garage out there. !!
