Christmas planning.

Does Christmas always equate to chaos in your world? It does for me. Both my brother Matt and I have to travel 12 to 24 hours to join the family for the holidays so I’ve been conferencing with my dad, Matt, Matt’s wife, My mom, Zippy, and anyone else who wants to be “in on it” to make sure we all end up at the same place at the same time. It’s actually more my Grandpas initiative pushed through by my dad and followed up by me. lol. It’s always crazy when Zippy and I travel to Minnesota becuase everyone wants us to stop by but we generally don’t have enough time to devote so this is what Christmas of 2007 looks like.

21st - Leave MO to MN around 4:30pm.
22nd - Visit with friends
23rd - Halverson Family
24th - Houghtelin Family
25th - Anderson Family - Then leave for MO in the afternoon.

Exciting! It looks like lots of traveling but if we have the whole operation organized we should be able to spend adequate time with everyone this holiday! It’s going to be the first time in years that you will find me, all my siblings, and my family in one place. It’s about impossible to get Matt, his wife, me and Zippy in the same place at the same time with family. I’m excited. I will capture TONS of video and pictures.

As strange as it seems one of the most exciting things I”m looking forward to is getting a fire place from my Dad. My late Grandma Houghtelin bought my dad a cool little fireplace probably 10+ years ago now and since I requested one, and he hasn’t used it, he’s going to give it to me and Zippy! w00t.!.
